After earning his MBA at Boston University, Phil worked as a bank examiner for the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency. He left the public sector to join the First National Bank of Atlanta where he oversaw the Money Market department. Phil has decades of experience working with the finances of state and local governments, corporations, and high net worth individuals.
